First Article Inspection
Full AS9102 Rev C reporting — Forms 1, 2, and 3 — with ballooned prints, bubble-to-report traceability, and material and process certifications packaged as delivered.
Statistical Process Control
Critical and key characteristics monitored on live control charts with Cpk ≥ 1.67 targets, automatic out-of-control alerts, and operator-level reaction plans.
GD&T & Model-Based Definition
Interpretation and inspection to ASME Y14.5-2018 and ASME Y14.41, working directly from CATIA and NX models carrying embedded PMI.
Traceability
Heat-lot to serial-number traceability across raw material, tooling, program revision, operator, machine, and every outside process, retained for program life.
Calibration
NIST-traceable calibration on a managed recall schedule, with gage R&R on every dedicated gage and MSA before a program releases to production.
Corrective Action & FOD
Documented root-cause analysis with 8D and 5-Why, effectiveness verification, plus an active FOD prevention and control program on the floor.
Source & Government Inspection
Facility, systems, and documentation set up to support customer source inspection, DCMA involvement, and government property management.
Configuration Management
Revision-controlled routers, programs, tool lists, and fixtures. A part built in year six is built to the same configuration as the part built in year one.

CUI handling
Controlled unclassified information lives in a defined enclave with NIST SP 800-171 controls, FIPS-validated encryption at rest and in transit, and no third-country access.
